Empire Packages has a State of the Art Corrugation Plant in Dera Bassi, Punjab (India). The Plant is centrally located & is in close proximity, around 25 Km to Chandigarh, 60 Km from Baddi, 90Km from Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, 190 Km from Uttaranchal, 225 Km from Delhi & 300 Km from Jammu.

The Fully Automatic Corrugation Plant has a Production capacity of 200 MT per day & the total covered area of 17,000 square meters making it one of the largest single site Corrugation Plant in Northern India.

Empire Packages can handle both small and medium custom runs to very large-volume runs with the same ease, and with single or multiple delivery points. 
Our custom corrugated products range from a simple corrugated box or regular slotted container (RSC), to intricate rotary and flat bed die-cut items glued on state-of-the-art machines.

A 3 Ply Automatic Corrugation Plants with A, B, C & E flute combinations. 

Converting Machines 

4 x High speed units of Automatic Flexo Printers with RDC (Rotary Die Cut) with up to 4 color printing facility.  

2 x High speed Automatic Folder Gluers & 2 x Automatic Stitching machines and 15 manual stitching machines providing an overall installed conversion capacity of 3500 MT per month.

Empire Packages has its own fleet of closed container trucks and canters that are dedicated to deliver the goods at any time based on the requirements set by the customer. Keeping transportation in-house ensures timely deliveries to our final customers. The closed container vehicles have been customized considering the customer's product and its lifting trends.
